Metode Iterasi Baru Berorde Empat Untuk Menyelesaikan Persamaan Nonlinear Beserta Basins Of Attractionnya

This final project discusses a new modified Newton’s method for solving nonli- near equations and free from second derivative. The convergence analysis using Taylor expansion and geometric series show that the proposed methods has a fourth order convergence with efficiency index is 1.587. Numerical computa- tional results of some examples with several different methods show that in general the proposed methods can be used as an alternative method for solving nonlinear equations. This final project also discusses the basins of attraction to observes dynamical aspects of the proposed methods.
