Giant gourami (Osphronemus gouramy) has a high economic value and market demand. However, its seed production is often hampered due to slow growth. Farmers still depend on tubifex as initial feed, but their availability is limited and relatively expensive. Commercial feed fermented using EM4 probiotics is expected to be an alternative to tubifex. This study aims to determine the effect and best dose of EM4 probiotics in fermented commercial feed on the growth and survival of giant gourami larvae. The research was conducted from June toAugust for 40 days at Riau University. The method in this study used RAL with five treatments and three replicates consisting of P1 (Tubifex/Control), P2 (0 mL/kg), P3 (15 mL/kg), P4 (20 mL/kg), and P5 (25 mL/kg).
