Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Dimediasi Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pt Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Kota Pekanbaru
The research was conducted at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. The aim is
to determine the effect of workload, non-physical work environment,
compensation on turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment at
PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru City. This study took a sample of 160
people. The variables used are Workload, Non-Physical Work Environment,
Compensation, Employee Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment.
The data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis
which was operated through the PLS program.
The results showed that there was an influence namely Workload, Non-
Physical Work Environment and Compensation, the higher the level of
Organizational Commitment, the lower the Employee Turnover at PT. Lutvindo
Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru City.
