Analisis Produktivitas Crude Palm Oil (Cpo) Di Pt. Ramajaya Pramukti Menggunakan Lean Dan Green Manufacturing
ABSTRACT
PT. Ramajaya Pramukti is one of the agroindustry companies that produces
products in the form of Crude Palm Oil (60 tons/hour) and palm kernel (kernel).
This study aims to analyze the productivity of CPO processing using Lean and
Green Manufacturing. The research method uses value stream mapping (VSM),
fishbone diagrams, process activity mapping (PAM) to analyze CPO processing
productivity and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to determine indicators of
green manufacturing implementation. The data collection was conducted for 1
month to get the results, namely: CPO processing productivity with an average of
73.67%. Based the Future Value Stream Mapping (FVSM) the CPO processing
time can be efficient from 1.981 seconds/kg to 1.920 seconds/kg. The productivity
processing for value added 1.525 seconds/kg, which non value added of 0.012 and
the non necessary value added of 0.383 seconds/kg. After making a fishbone
diagram and analyzing it, there were several identified wastes, namely raw
materials, work methods, motion, equipment/machines and work environment.
The quality of raw materials was the biggest contributor to waste. It was caused a
longer processing time due to poor quality of raw materials. From the results of
expert data processing, the most influential criteria values were obtained from the
results of data processing using the AHP method that was Energy with a value of
38.8%. And the choice of the highest alternative is alternative 2 (Empty Fruit
Bunch) with a value of 51.5%.
