Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Online Di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and
work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Ruat
District, Bengkalis Regency in online learning. The background of this research is
that teacher performance is less than optimal due to technical problems is online
learning, such as obstacles, teaching tools, and problems using learning
applications. At the evaluation stage of student learning, it can be seen that the
teachers performance decreases because student understanding decreases,
because the teacher often gives asignments without explaining the learning
material in detail. The environment in which the techer works can also have an
influence on teacher performance. School as a teachers work environment should
ideally be conducive, safe, abd support teachers to develop their knowledge,
insight, and competence, but in online learning teachers are needed from home.
Furthkppermore, there are other factors that can have an influence on
performance, namely motivation the teacher seeks and is able to achieve goals, a
job satisfaction will appear. The at the same time canencourrage teachers to
improve their performance t achieve educational goals. The researche metod
applied in this research is ex post facto. The population in this study were all
elementary school teachers in cluster iv in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency
which reached 110 people. The research sample was taken using the total
sampling technique. So it can be said that the sample of this study was 110
teachers. Data collection thecniques, namely documentation and quesstionnaires
(questionnaires). Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential
statistics. It was found that the positive and significant effect of the work
environment (X1) on teacher performance (Y), seen in the sig value of 0.000. It
was found that there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation (X2)
on teacher performance (Y), as seen from the sig value smaller than the
probability value of 0.05, or the value of 0.000
