Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Guru SD Negeri Rayon 4 Kecamatan Mandau, Kabupaten Bengkalis
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) or organizational citizenship behavior means going the extra mile at work. Basically, this means the teacher does anything that isn't in his or her formal job description. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers refers to individual behaviors that promote effectiveness in school functioning. OCB achieves this effectiveness by providing a positive social and psychological environment in which work can thrive. Organizational citizenship behavior or OCB is important for teachers as long as it enhances social relationships that affect their performance. Schools can expect organizational citizenship behavior or OCB of their teachers to increase morale and contribute to school effectiveness because OCB behavior can increase the productivity of colleagues or supervisors and increase the stability of school performance.
Some organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)or citizenship behavior organizational addressed to individuals, such as helping co-workers with problems of their work, adjusting work schedules to accommodate colleagues, show courtesy sincere to colleagues, and resource sharing work (supplies, technology, staff) with coworkers. Other organizational citizenship orbehaviors OCBrepresent cooperation and help the organization, such as supporting the organization's public image, offering ideas needed for work, supporting the organization, and keeping up with new developments in the organization.
Based on the background, can be formulated onsome problems penelitianas follows: 1) whether there is a significant positive effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teacher? 2) Is there a significant positive effect of job satisfaction on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers? 3) is there a significant positive effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction together on the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers?
The purpose of this study was to reveal the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers. This research uses descriptive method and causal research type, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This type of quantitative research with a population of 90 people. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling, so that a sample of 74 people was obtained. The data analysis technique was carried out in two stages, namely descriptive and inferential. Then the data obtained were analyzed by regression analysis, regression coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers, there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers and there is a
positive and significant influence jointly between organizational commitment variables and job satisfaction on' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) teachers.
