Pengaruh Independensi, Profesionalisme, Integritas Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Pada Bpk Perwakilan Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze independency, profesionalism, integrity and
leadership style on the performance of auditors BPK Representative Office in
Riau Province. The objects of this research are all auditors worked in BPK
Representative Office in Riau Province. The data were analyzed by linear
regression method and SPSS program version versi 17. The variable under study
is the performance of auditors as dependent variables and independency,
profesionalism, integrity and leadership style as independent variables a. The
results of the study show that independency has an influence affect on the
performance of auditors BPK Representative Office in Riau Province with a
significance value of 0,000, profesionalism has not influence affect on the
performance of auditors BPK Representative Office in Riau Province with
significance value of 0,468, integrity has an influence affect on the performance of
auditors BPK Representative Office in Riau Province with significance value of
0,001, and leadership style has an influence affect on the performance of auditors
BPK Representative Office in Riau Province with significance value of 0,013. The
results of this study also show that the coefficient of R square is 92,8%. Each
independent variable, giving a strong influence on the dependent variable,
meaning that the independent variable can explain dependent variable well. While
the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model is
not included in this study.
