Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Dan Strategi Pengembangan Industri Penggilingan Kopi Bubuk Di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in the Ground Coffee Milling Industry in
Bangkinang Kota District. This study aims to determine the financial feasibility
and business development strategy in the ground coffee milling industry. The
types of data used are secondary data and primary data with a population of 3
industries. Data collection techniques were carried out by visiting the Department
of Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs and distributing questionnaires to 3 Ground
Coffee Milling Industries in Bangkinang Kota District. The feasibility analysis
uses the analysis of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and
Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and payback period to determine whether a
business is feasible or not. SWOT matrix to create a development strategy for the
ground coffee milling industry. The results of the study obtained NPV value of
261.097.475>0, Net B/C Ratio 2.3>1, IRR 47,3>14% and the value of Payback
Period (PP) 1 years 1 mont 28 days. Therefore, it can be concluded that the
ground coffee milling industry in Bangkinang Kota sub-district is financially
feasible to develop in the research area. SWOT analysis, the strategy used is SO
(Strength Opportunities), which is to use existing strengths by taking advantage of
opportunities that arise. With the existence of new business opportunities, it is
hoped that the community can use it as a livelihood.
