Prediksi Umur Sisa Perkerasan Lentur Ruas Jalan Nasional Di Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Metode Integrated Road Management System (Irms) Versi Tiga
ABSTRACT
National roads are roads that are used as liaisons between regions with large
capacity and road lanes, so that they can support and increase the growth of
community activities. This study aims to determine the condition and type of
national road preservation in Pekanbaru City. The parameters used are remaining
structural life (RSL) and international roughness index (IRI) values which were
analyzed based on 10 national roads in Pekanbaru City with a total length of 83.45
km. The method used is the integrated road management system (IRMS) version 3
using falling weight deflectometer (FWD) data and the IRI value approach guided
by the indonesia australia partnership for infrastructure (KIAT) and traffic
counting (TC) data. Through this research, the condition and type of preservation
of national roads in Pekanbaru City were obtained. Road conditions are obtained
from the pavement design manual table based on the IRI value, and the
determination of the type of road preservation is based on the “decision tree”
contained in the indonesia australia partnership for infrastructure (KIAT). The
results of this study obtained that national roads have different conditions and
forms of road preservation, namely 28.91% in good condition, 67.40% in moderate
condition and 3.69% in light damage. As for the types of road preservation
activities required, 76.75% of national roads in Pekanbaru City are categorized as
routine maintenance, 18.78% structural overlay and 4.48% must be reconstructed.
The national road section of Simpang Kaharudin Nasution – Simpang Kayu Ara is
the road segment with the highest level of damage, namely 17.14%.
