ABSTRACT
Network Planning is a condition and situation faced by a manager by
placing analysis in terms of time (time) and cost (cost) as background in each
decision making.
Technical analysis of data using the Critical Path Method (CPM) is the
basis of the planning and controlling system of a job based on the working
network. Using CPM makes it easy to predict the time it will take to complete a
project, Assign the critical path that must be considered in project completion, and
can determine the flow of work activites. Based on the results of research have
affected the completion time of the project, which initially lasted 74 days to 41
days until that the Efficiency of processing time.
