ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the optimum time for the Road Improvement
Package for KM 12 Pasir Pengaraian - Additional SKPB, Rambah Samo District
using network planning. In the Time Schedule, the Class A Aggregate foundation
layer work plan will be carried out for 6 weeks but in reality it can be accelerated to 2
weeks. So the author is interested in making a final project with the title of the plan
"Optimizing the implementation time of work on the KM 12 Pasir Pengaraian Road
Section Improvement package - Additional SKPB of Rambah Samo District using
Network Planning". The secondary data obtained is the time schedule plan obtained
when the author does field work in the Project for Improvement of the KM 12 Pasir
Pengaraian Road - Additional SKPB, Rambah Samo District. The results of this study
stated that by only accelerating the duration of work on Class A Aggregate
Foundation and Laston Lapis Aus (AC-WC) work, satisfactory acceleration results
were found. The evaluated work is included in the critical path so that it affects the
project completion time, which initially lasted 150 days to 122 days
