Analisa Kapasitas Saluran Drainase Menggunakan Program Swmm 5.1 Di Perumahan Graha Fauzan Asri Kelurahan Tangkerang Labuai

ABSTRACT
With so many housing developments in Pekanbaru City, this indicates the
increasing number of residents. The negative impacts of urban development
include the reduced open area that functions as a water catchment area, Graha
Fauzan Asri Housing is located in Pekanbaru City. Currently the drainage
channel in the housing cannot accommodate runoff that occurs when it rains with
high intensity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the capacity of the
drainage channel at Graha Fauzan Asri Housing. This study uses 15 years of
rainfall data from the relevant agencies and conducts a survey to the field to find
out the problems that occur. The analysis was carried out using SWMM 5.1
software with the designed rainfall calculated using the Log-Person III method of
82.00 mm. Based on the EPA SWMM 5.1 simulation, taking into account the
presence of sedimentation, there are 6 overflow channels, however, in the
simulation of the existing conditions there are no overflow channels. It is
concluded that the alternative solution for Graha Fauzan Asri housing is cleaning
the drainage channels.
