Analisis Peningkatan Kapasitas Sistem Jaringan Pipa Transmisi Air Baku Spam Kecamatan Inuman, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

ABSTRACT
The Kuantan Riveris one of the major rivers that crosses the Kuantan Singingi
Regency area. The Kuantan River is used a source of raw water for SPAM. One of
the SPAM that utilizes the Kuantan River as a source of rawa water is the Inuman
District SPAM. The Inuman District SPAM, the transmission pipeline system has
a capacity of 20 l/d with a service area of 6 villages. There are still 3 villages that
have not been served by the Inuman District SPAM. This research was carried out
using various secondary data sources, analyzing the water demand for the next 20
years and analyzing the transmission pipeline system using EPANET 2.2. The
water demand for all vilages on the left upstream of the Kuantan River, Inuman
District for the next 20 years is 13,457 l/d and the project population of 12172
people. In planning in the transmission pipeline, the water demand used the
maximum daily requirement, which is 15,476 l/d,so with the current network
capacity,it can still meet the needs of clean water in the next 20 years. The head
obtained by the EPANET 2.2 calculation and manual calculation it is 31,57 m.
