Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Produksi Film Plastik Di In House Packaging (Ihp)

ABSTRACT
The packaging production process in In House Packaging (IHP) especially on
plastic-based packaging, has increased and decreased the amount of production
every month. This shows the existence of factors that affect the production of plastic
films in In House Packaging (IHP). To find out what factors, how much influence it
has on production and efforts to overcome it, data collection of blown film machine
production is carried out in October-December 2021. Then a qualitative analysis of
blown film machine production data was conducted in October-December 2021 with
fishbone analysis and quantitative analysis of blown film machine production data in
October-December 2021 with pareto chart. Based on the analysis, it was concluded
that the factors that affect plastic film production in In House Packaging (IHP) are
the number of orders set by IHP planners, man power (workers / operators) in
carrying out production activities, and performance on machines that determine the
height / low production of plastic films. The biggest influence on the high /low
production of plastic films in October-December 2021 was cleaning dies of 26.67%.
Efforts to minimize the high frequency and downtime of cleaning dies is to do training
to operators in order to increase their knowledge and expertise in running the
machine, so as to minimize high frequency and downtime.
