Evaluasi Strategi Pemilihan Prioritas Proyek Konstruksi Dalam Era Pandemic Covid 19 Dengan Metode Topsis, Saw Dan Wp Pada Kabupaten Padang Lawas

At the end of 2019 the Padang Lawas Regency Government had prepared
a development plan, especially in the construction sector which will be carried out
in 2020, but in February 2020 Indonesia in general was affected by the Covid-19
pandemic and the government through its policy made a financial cut of 50%.
impact on Padang Lawas Regency, especially in the field of construction.
Therefore, a decision-making system method is needed in this problem with the
aim of continuing development in the area, some of the methods used are
TOPSIS, SAW and WP.
This method is used by ranking the construction activities to be carried
out. In this study, there were 4 criteria with each weight, namely Technical
Factors 49.03%, Economic Factors 13.02%, Environmental Factors 11.63% and
Cultural Factors 26.59% besides that there were 17 alternative construction works.
The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the results of
the TOPSIS method against the SAW and WP methods, but the results of the
SAW and WP methods have the same results. Regarding the realization, there was
1 construction package that was not implemented but was captured by data
processing.
