Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai/Staf Di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan (Dispusip) Kota Pekanbaru

normal consequence the presence of the COVID-19 virus that affects
communication as well as performance employee / staff , there is change which
atmosphere from work by shift (WFH) to full time as well as rule rule such as
PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) and rule other other in
accordance procedure applicable health _ naturally take effect on discipline
work with system on time for employee / staff when work in the office . Formulas
problem this include (1) Is there a positive and significant influence between
organizational communication on the performance of employees/staff at Archive
and Library Departement of Pekanbaru city?(2) Is there a positive and
significant effect of work discipline on the performance of employees/staff at at
Archive and Library Departement of Pekanbaru city? (3) Is there a positive and
significant influence between organizational communication and work discipline
on the performance of employees/staff at Archive and Library Departement of
Pekanbaru city?. Destination study include (1) To find out how much influence
organizational communication has on the performance of employees/staff at
Archive and Library Departement of Pekanbaru city? (2) To find out how much
influence work discipline has on the performance of employees/staff at at Archive
and Library Departement of Pekanbaru city?, (3) To find out how much influence
organizational communication and work discipline simultaneously on the
performance of employees/staff at Archive and Library Departement of
Pekanbaru city?.
Research method uses multiple linear regression analysis . Type research
used is study quantitative . Technique in study this conducted for analyze
influencer Among two variable independent ( independent variable ) that is
communication organization (X1 ) and discipline work (X2 ) against one variable
bound ( dependent variable ) that is performance employee / staff (Y). Population
study this is whole employee / staff at Archive and Library Departement of
Pekanbaru city, which amounted to 112 people, sample / respondent study of 88
employees / staff in at Archive and Library Departement of Pekanbaru city.. Test
try conducted on employee / staff at Archive and Library Departement of
Pekanbaru city as many as 20 employees / staff who do not selected as sample
research . Technique data collection in instrument form and questionnaire .
Study this aim for analyze contribution Among two variable free that is
communication organization and discipline work and one variable bound that is

performance employee / staff at Archive and Library Departement of Pekanbaru
city. For obtain the required data writer use technique statistical analysis
description and static analysis inferential . Research data this analysis with using
SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) version.26.
Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that 1) There is a
significant and positive influence between organizational communication on the
performance of employees/staff at Archive and Library Departement (DISPUSIP)
of Pekanbaru City. This means that if organizational communication is ideal, it
will contribute to increasing the productivity/performance of employees/staff at
work. 2) There is a significant and positive influence between work discipline on
the performance of employees/staff at Archive and Library Departement
(DISPUSIP) of Pekanbaru City. This means that employee performance will be
better and increase if the employee / staff has high work discipline. 3) There is an
effect of organizational communication and work discipline together on
employee/staff performance. Organizational communication and work discipline
contribute to and contribute to employee/staff performance.
