ABSTRACT
Humans have phases in the development of their lives started from the
prenatal phase to the elderly phase. According to the BPS Pekanbaru (2020) the
number of elderly residents has increased significantly from 2010, where most of
them come from the lower middle class. Along with that it also brings various
problems. Thus, special handling and attention for the elderly is needed even for
the poor and makes it easier for the government to solve the welfare problems of
the elderly. This design has the main function as a place of service in the field of
health and care with alternative residences supported by additional facilities in
the form of management, supporting and service facilities. In the process of
caring for the physical and psychological health of the elderly, nature is a feature
has a great influence, so the concept taken is to give the impression of a
comfortable home with activities that directly related to nature architectural
patterns Biophilic are applied to the interior, exterior and land management.
