Pengaruh Kepercayaan Diri Dan Reward Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of self-confidence on teacher performance, (2) reward effect on teacher performance, (3) self-confidence and reward affect teacher performance together. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency, amounting to 269 people with a sample of 161. Data was collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was an effect of self-confidence on teacher performance of 0.557, and there was an effect of reward on teacher performance of 0.563. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of self-confidence and reward on teacher performance of 0.685.
