Hasil Belajar Kognitif Siswa Melalui Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Phet Pada Materi Usaha Dan Energi Siswa Kelas X SMA
Cognitive learning outcomes are one of the aspects obtained in the learning process. To find out the knowledge of students, cognitive ability tests were carried out. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in students' cognitive learning outcomes and to determine the differences in cognitive learning outcomes of students who study using a PhET-assisted problem based learning model with a problem based learning model. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental "nonequivalent control group design" with a prettest posttest control group design model. The population of this study is all class X science at SMA Negeri 1 Tambang for the academic year 2021/2022 as many as 90 students with a sample of 59 students consisting of X IPA 1 as the control class and X IPA 2 as the experimental class. The data collection instrument was in the form of a cognitive learning outcome test for the material of effort and energy which consisted of 20 objective questions. The analysis used is descriptive analysis in the form of absorption and inferential analysis in the form of normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample t test and independent sample t test with the help of SPSS 23. The results showed that absorption in the experimental class was more increased than the control class and there are differences in cognitive learning outcomes through the problem based learning model assisted by PhET which is better than the problem based learning model.
