Penggunaan Media Diorama Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to determine the use of diorama media on social studies learning outcomes with the theme of the area where I live in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 193 Pekanbaru. The study used the Quasi Experimental Type One Group Pretest-Postest Design method, namely experimental research carried out on only one group selected randomly. The instrument used is a test. The results show that there is an increase in the use of diorama media on social studies learning outcomes with the theme of the area where I live, material on economic activities and types of work that produce goods and services for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 193 Pekanbaru with the use of diorama media. This can be proven by the results of calculations showing that the average post-test value is greater than the pre-test average. The post-test average was 85.3 which was in the very good category and the pre-test average was 63.3 which was in the sufficient category. The results of the N-Gain calculation show that the average value of the experimental class is 64.74 which is included in the effective category.
