Nilai Tambah Usaha Ikan Salai Lele Di Usaha Ikan Salai Lele Sedap Bakat Kelurahan Air Dingin Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru
Abstract
This study aims to determine the profit of the business and to find out the added value of the catfish smoked business in the savory smoked fish business, air dingin subdistrict, Bukitraya sub-district, Pekanbaru city. The method used is a case study method using purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents 1 business owner and family members of business owners. The results of this study indicate that the added value generated by the salai savory fish business is IDR 11,378/kg with a percentage of 39.57% and a profit of IDR. 10,378 with a profit rate of 91.21%. The profitability of the business obtained by the business shows the RCR value > 1, which is 1.5.
