Kepuasan Pekebun Terhadap Pilihan Lembaga Pemasaran Karet Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe the characteristics of planters who marketing in conventional and auction systems, analyze the level satisfaction of smallholders with marketing institutions with conventional or auction systems, analyze the relationship between characteristics and satisfaction of smallholders with both conventional and auction system marketing in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method is survey and interview. The location selection is based on districts two rubber marketing systems, conventional and auction. The time study carried out from October 2020 - March 2021. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed 1) Male planters productive age the auction system more dominant than conventional system, education in the conventional system was dominant with SD graduates while the auction system dominantly graduated from SMP, dependents in the conventional system 1-2 people on average, while the auction system an average 3-4 people, conventional system planters and auction system have average land area of 0.6-2 Ha with self-owned status and farming experience >26 years, 2) Satisfaction conventional marketing institutions and auction planters very satisfied category. Conventional planters need optimize and maintain agribusiness and information technology variables, while auction system needs to maintain its performance by APKARKUSI, information technology variables, 3) There is a relationship between internal characteristics variables and Human Resources and a relationship between internal characteristics variables and information technology in conventional institutions. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient, the relationship between the two variables shows a significant value which indicates a significant relationship.
