Pengaruh Personal Resources Dan Workplace Well Being Terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan Dan Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Indah Kiat Pulp And Paper Perawang Divisi Logistic Container
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Personal
Resources and Workplace Well Being on Employee Engagement and Turnover
Intention at Pt. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Perawang Logistic Container
Division.The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources
of data in this study are primary data obtained from empirical research results
through distributing questionnaires to employees who were sampled, the sample
in this study amounted to 84 people. The analytical technique used is SEM
SMART-pls 3.0.
The results of the study show that: (1) Personal Resources have a direct
effect on Employee Engagement (2) Workplace Well Being has a direct effect on
Employee Engagement (3) Employee Engagement has a direct effect on Turnover
Intention (4) Personal Resources have a direct effect on Turnover Intention (5)
Workplace Well Being has a direct effect on Turnover Intention (6) Personal
Resources does not directly affect Turnover Intention through Employee
Engagement (7) Workplace Well Being does not directly affect Turnover Intention
through Employee Engagement.
