Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Karakter Kewirausahaan Kepala TK Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to describe the positive and significant influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial character of the Kindergarten Principal, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The background of the problem in this study is that there are still TK Heads of Tampan District, Pekanbaru City who have not mastered entrepreneurial competence, it can be seen from several phenomena found, namely: (1) There are still a small number of TK Heads of Tampan District, Pekanbaru City who have not been able to create useful innovations. for school development. This can be seen from the absence of a special team formed by the principal in the field of curriculum development to formulate new activities in an effort to develop the school itself. (2) There are still a small number of Kindergarten Principals in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City who do not have the attitude of working hard in carrying out school activities such as the absence of new forms of activities carried out at school, school activities are only carried out based on routine activities not to start new activities. Principals complete assignments only based on the old activity flow, which has often been done by previous principals. (3) There are still a small number of TK Principals in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City who have not carried out their duties as a motivator, which can be seen from the existence of school principals who are less responsible for carrying out their duties and functions as leaders in schools. (4) There are still a small number of Kindergarten Principals in the Tampan District of Pekanbaru City who have not implemented and instilled an unyielding spirit in facing the obstacles faced by the school, in terms of implementing school activities. This can be seen from the lack of improvement in the quality of schools. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and survey method with correlational research (correlational research). The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with 42 respondents from 72 kindergarten principals in TK Tampan District, Pekanbaru City who were randomly selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The research method was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale consisting of five answer options, namely (SS) Strongly Agree, (S) Agree, (KS) Disagree, (TS) Disagree and (STS) Strongly Disagree. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and inferential statistics.
Based on the data analysis, it was found that the positive and significant influence of organizational culture variables on the entrepreneurial character of the kindergarten principal in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City was 15.7%, thus the interpretation or influence was low, while the remaining 84.3% was determined by other factors that did not As part of this research, it was found that the positive and significant influence of the self-efficacy variable on the

entrepreneurial character of the kindergarten principal in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City was 10.5%, thus the interpretation or influence was low, while the remaining 89.5% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study; and It was found that the positive and significant influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy simultaneously on entrepreneurial character was 20.8% thus having an interpretation or influence in the low category, while the remaining 79.2% was determined by other factors that were not part of this research.
