The sample of this study amounted to 88 teachers of SMP Negeri in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, in this study the author will look at the validity and validity of the instrument. And an instrument is said to be valid if it is able to measure what is desired or can reveal the data of the variables studied appropriately. How to do this validity test with items, to test the validity of each item, the scores in question are correlated with the total score. The data of this study include 3 variables, namely work stress (X1) and job satisfaction (X2), while the dependent variable is teacher performance (Y). In short, it can be stated that the description of this data reveals information about the mean (mean), standard deviation (standard deviation), the median value (median), the number that occurs frequently (mode), sum, the lowest value (minimum), the highest value (maximum), data range (range). Data analysis to test the potential for research was carried out using prametric statistics, namely multiple regression and correlation analysis. The results show that the correlation coefficient between Job Stress (X1) and Teacher Performance (Y), the regression equation is Y = 14,076+0,889 X_1 from this equation it can be interpreted that every increase in one unit of work stress (X1) will be followed by an increase in teacher performance. of 0.889 at a constant of 14, 076 for teachers of SMP Negeri in Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency.
