Educational facilities and infrastructure need good management to support teaching and learning activities. Thus it is clear that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is an important part in the management of educational management in an educational institution or madrasa, because complete or incomplete educational facilities and infrastructure need management or management so that all processes are clear and accountable. . The purpose of this study was to explore planning, organizing, actuating and controlling facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education at MTsN 7 Kampar, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This type of research is qualitative research. Qualitative data analysis while in the field, the researcher used the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model, he said that the activities in qualitative data analysis were carried out interactively and took place continuously until they were completed, so that the data was saturated. Based on the analysis of the data found from the discussion, planning (planning) for facilities and infrastructure carried out by schools has not been able to improve the quality of education this is because not all are involved in the planning process, so that many use of facilities and infrastructure are less precise and efficient. Then organizing has not been able to improve the quality of education because it is considered not optimal. Furthermore, the actuating (implementation) that has been carried out by the school has not been able to improve the quality of education because it is considered less than optimal, this is because the recording is not so good, the coding of goods is not neat so it is confusing and storage space and lack of maintenance are carried out. And controlling (supervision) carried out by schools has not been able to improve the quality of education because it has not been too maximal so it does not run effectively and there is still a need for evaluation so that in the future it will be better
