Sumbangan E-Leadership Dan Literasi Digital Terhadap Kompetensi Abad 21 Guru SMA Di Kecamatan Ujungbatu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
The 21st century or the Millennium Century is marked by rapid changes in various orders of social life. The digital revolution has even shown how fast and unlimited access and exchange of data/information occurs, increasing competitiveness, shifting the way of doing business and changing jobs. 21st century education is not only providing education aimed at preparing people in a simple, static or linear world, and predictable, but the direction of 21st century education is to prepare people in a dynamic and unpredictable world, foster creative behavior, give freedom to unique individual intelligence, and produce innovators. To face the challenges of education in the 21st century, 21st century competencies are needed.
So that to achieve competence, each ability will not only contain one dimension where students only need to memorize the material and mention it again during the exam, but will contain many dimensions that later students also have to master the material, have basic knowledge and have essential understanding before moving on and practicing. what he knows and understands in the real world and character is an important part of competency development.
The principal as an educational leader is directed to help achieve educational goals, so that the principal is obliged to foster, direct, assign, examine, measure the work of teachers in the schools he leads. Therefore, to realize teachers who have 21st century competencies, leaders are needed who are not limited to a position or job, leadership includes a broader perspective. In today's global era, a leader needs to leave his conventional style and must go further, the principal is expected to be able to bring the human resources he leads together across nation, geography, culture and other boundaries, by utilizing information technology to achieve the goals of school institutions. . This leadership is called e-Leadership. Teachers need a special skill or ability to make it easier to get the right information as needed, namely the skills or ability to analyze, access, evaluate the information needed and explain the results of the information obtained or often referred to as literacy. digital.
The formulation of this problem includes (1) Is there a contribution of digital literacy to the 21st century competence of SMA teachers in Ujungbatu sub-district? (2) Is there a contribution of e-leadership to the 21st century competence of high school teachers in Ujungbatu sub-district? (3) Is there a contribution of digital literacy and e-leadership to the 21st century competence of teachers in Ujungbatu sub-district? and analyze the contribution of e-leadership to the 21st century competence of high school teachers in Ujungbatu district, (3) To find and analyze the contribution of digital literacy and e-leadership to the 21st century competence of teachers in Ujungbatu district.
This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods with correlational research, namely a correlation study that aims to test hypotheses.

This is done by measuring a number of variables and calculating the correlation between which variables are correlated. The research instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. In this study, there are three research variables, namely two independent variables consisting of e-leadership (X1), and digital literacy (X2), and one dependent variable, namely the competence of the 21st century teacher (Y). The population in this study were all teachers who teach at SMA in Ujungbatu District with a total population of 104 teachers, and the sample in this study was 83 of the 104 population. The 83 samples were taken randomly based on lottery. The trial was conducted on high school teachers in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency, as many as 20 teachers were not selected as research samples. data collection techniques in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, used to process and analyze the data in this research is the analysis technique of the research data profile in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 26.
The results of the research and discussion in this case include the Contribution of E-leadership to the 21st century competence of teachers, the contribution of digital literacy to the competence of the 21st century teachers, and the joint contribution of E-leadership and digital literacy to the 21st century competence of teachers; (1) Obtained a significant relationship and positive contribution of the E-leadership variable (X1) to the 21st century competence of high school teachers (Y) in UjungBatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency., (2) Obtained a significant relationship and positive contribution to the Digital Literacy variable ( X2) on the 21st century competence of high school teachers (Y) in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency., (3) There was a significant relationship and a positive contribution of the variables E-leadership (X1) and digital literacy (X2) together towards century competence 21 high school teachers (Y) in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency.
