Pengaruh Literasi Informasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Selama Pandemi Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir
Teacher performance is an important element in education, but it is also a determinant of the high and low quality of education. Teacher performance is carried out by the teacher in carrying out the duties of a teacher as an educator. The quality of teacher performance is very decisive on the quality of educational outcomes because the teacher is the figure who most often interacts directly with students during the learning process. Teachers also play an important role in the world of education, especially in the formal field at school, teachers determine the success of students, especially in terms of the teaching and learning process that is usually carried out in schools.
The existence of information is important during the current pandemic. Information allows a person or group to know any developments around him. To find out the information obtained, a person must be able to read or be literate in letters known as information literacy. So that if a teacher understands the concept and importance of information literacy, especially during this pandemic, it will be able to help teachers improve their performance. Then the school as an organization and the culture in the school is the organizational culture. A conducive school organizational culture is a prerequisite for an effective teaching and learning process.
The formulation of this problem includes (1) Is there a significant and positive effect of information literacy on teacher performance during the pandemic at the State Elementary School, Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District?(2) Is there a significant and positive influence of organizational culture on teacher performance during the pandemic at the State Elementary School, Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District?(3) Do information literacy and organizational culture together significantly and positively affect teacher performance during the pandemic at the State Elementary School, Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District? The aims of this study include (1) To find and analyze how much influence Information Literacy has on Teacher Performance Pandemic Period at State Elementary Schools in Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District, (2) To find and analyze how much influence organizational culture has on Teacher Performance during the Pandemic Period at State Elementary Schools in Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District; (3) To find and analyze how much influence Information Literacy and organizational culture have on Teacher Performance During the Pandemic Period at State Elementary Schools, Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District.
This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research that will be used is the type of ex post facto research. The technique in this study was conducted to analyze the effect of two independent variables (independent variables), namely Information Literacy (X1), organizational culture (X2), on one dependent variable, namely Teacher Performance (Y). The population in this study were all teachers who were in State Elementary Schools in Rantau
Kopar District, Rokan Hilir with a total population of 53 teachers in 6 State Elementary Schools, the research sample was 47 teachers in State Elementary Schools in Rantau Kopar Rokan Hilir District. The trial was conducted on 20 homeroom teachers who were not selected as the research sample. data collection techniques in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. meanwhile, used to process and analyze the data in this research is the analysis technique of the research data profile in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The data of this study were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) version.25 program.
The results of the research and discussion in this case include the influence of information literacy on teacher performance, the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, and the effect of information literacy and organizational culture together on teacher performance; (1) obtained a significant relationship and positive influence of information literacy variable (X1) on teacher performance (Y) State Elementary School Rantau Kopar, Rokan Hilir, (2) obtained a significant relationship and positive influence on organizational culture variable (X2) on the performance of teachers (Y) at the State Elementary School in Rantau Kopar District, Rokan Hilir, (3) obtained a significant relationship and a positive influence on the variables of information literacy (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together on teacher performance (Y) School Basic State of Rantau Kopar District, Rokan Hilir.
