Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Dan Supervisi Kunjungan Kelas Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar
The main purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence the usage of
information technology and supervision of class visitation had on the performance of
teachers at the State High School 2 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. This research is
quantitative, the research sample is 77 teachers, and the data is collected by means of a
five-choice questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and verification
statistics. The results showed that the influence of the usage of information technology
had a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang,
Kampar Regency with a magnitude of 15.8%, and the influence of supervision of class
visits had a significant influence on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2
Bangkinang, Kampar Regency. with a magnitude of 46% influence. In addition, the use of
information technology and supervision of class visits has a significant effect on the
performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang, Kampar Regency, with a
magnitude of 49.2%. This finding concludes that the better the use of information
technology and supervision of class visits, the better the teacher's performance. This
research is expected to be useful for improving teacher performance by using information
technology and supervising class visits in carrying out their obligations when carrying
out learning activities and fostering students at school.
