Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Guru MI Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the author's observations and the results of interviews with the Principal of MI MUHAMMADIYAH 02 Pekanbaru City on January 5, 2022, it turns out that there are still many teachers who are not disciplined in their work, such as coming to school late, sometimes not delivering material on time, and so on. others with various obstacles faced by the teacher. The principal revealed that more than 30% of the teachers were late for school, and then did not provide material via online to the students which illustrates the teacher's indiscipline in carrying out the teacher's duties. The factors that influence the work discipline of teachers are work motivation and self-efficacy.
During the Pandemic, the teacher's responsibilities should not be reduced to their duties and obligations. Teachers continue to attend school wearing uniforms neatly and on time to come and go according to a predetermined schedule while still implementing the health protocols that have been given by the government and continuing to carry out and prepare all the needs of learning activities in this pandemic condition. In this case the teacher completes administration such as lesson plans, syllabus, makes assessment rubrics, makes student attendance formats, videos and learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The purpose of this research This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on work discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru City. To find out the effect of Self-Efficacy on Work Discipline during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MI Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on work discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at MI Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru City.This research is a quantitative research, the type of data taken in the form of primary data collected through a questionnaire instrument. The population in this study is the teacherMI Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru Citythe number of 53, the determination of the sample using a random sample technique with a sample of 47 teachers.
Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that work motivation and self-efficacy together have a significant effect on the Work Discipline variable of 64.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in this study. Furthermore, work has a significant effect on the teacher's work discipline variable by 19.6%. The last is the effect of Self-Efficacy which has a significant effect on the Teacher Work Discipline variable of 22.8% with the remaining 77.2% influenced by other factors.
