Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Pendidikan Dan Upah Minimum Regional Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Melalui Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2008 - 2020

This study aims to anyalyze the effect of goverment spending, education and
regional minimum wages on employement through economic growth in Kuantan Singingi
Regency in 2008-2020. In this study, path analysis was used. Based on the result of the
result of the study, it is khown that goverment spending, education and UMR directly
affcet employment in Kuantan Singingi regency which means that changes in goverment
spending, education and UMR can affect changes in labor absorption in Kuantan
Singingi regency, while economic growth doesn’t affect the absorption of labor. In
addition, it is obtained indirectly that through theintermediate variable, economic
growth, goverment spending, education and the regional minimum wage have no
significant effect on employment in Kuantan Singingi district. The goverment should
allocate goverment in Kuantan Singingi Regency. One of them is through the regulation
on the use of labor in project development activities that come from goverment
expenditure from the local community.
