Pengembangan Strategi Pembelajaran Scaffolding Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Smk Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru
The research aims to develop scaffolding to increase students' learning
independence. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method
of the ADDIE development model. The research was conducted at SMK
Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru on Fixed Assets. Data were collected through
observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were
analyzed through 3 learning strategists and 2 material experts, a learning
independence questionnaire and a questionnaire on the usefulness of developing
learning strategies. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative. The results
showed that the strategy and material development instruments made were valid
and feasible to be used in research. The results of the product trial show that the
development of scaffolding effective in increasing student learning independence.
The results pretest showed that only 10.34% of students were in the high category.
Then post test showed 41.37% of students had high learning independence. The
response to the usefulness of the student's strategy showed that 59% of the
students chose the scaffolding in the good and useful category. Thus it can be said
that the development of scaffolding increases student learning independence.
