This research is motivated by the not yet optimal mathematical problem
solving ability of students due to the lack of availability of teaching materials that
train students' mathematical problem solving abilities. One of the efforts that can
be made to facilitate the quality of learning and the development of mathematical
problem solving abilities is through the development of teaching materials. The
development of teaching materials referred to in this study is teaching materials
that are compiled with the Discovery Learning -based SPLDV materials Web. This
study aims to develop Web in an effort to facilitate students' mathematical problem
solving skills
The type of research used isresearch and development. This development
research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely
the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data
collection instruments in this study were in the form of validation sheets and
student response questionnaires. Validation sheets are used to obtain validation
results of Web.-based teaching materials are Web said to be valid if the average
percentage of validator assessment is more than 70.01%. Student response
questionnaire sheets were used to obtain practical results of Web the developedbased
teaching materials are Web said to be practical if the percentage of
practicality is more than 75%.
The first stage at this stage is the Analysis stage, stage Analysis is an
analysis of performance and needs analysis. Performance analysis is carried out by
conducting interviews with teachers and studying documentation related to
teaching materials used in the learning process. Based on the results of the
performance analysis, it is necessary to develop mathematics teaching materials
that contain complete material without having to open the various teaching
materials they have, can involve students in independent concept discovery,
facilitate mathematical problem solving abilities, and utilize school facilities such
as focus and computer laboratories. Needs analysis is carried out by observing
students during the mathematics learning process, providing a questionnaire on
students' needs and providing tests for students' mathematical problem solving
abilities. Based on the results of the needs analysis, it can be seen that students like
learning in groups, students' mathematical problem solving skills are low and
students like learning mathematics using computers and smartphones. phase
Design, researchers designed learning tools by making an initial format consisting
of five meetings with the scope of the material, namely: (1) understanding of the
Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV); (2) solving the Two-variable
Linear Equation System (SPLDV) using the graphical method; (3) solving the Twovariable
Linear Equation System (SPLDV) using the substitution method; (4)
solving the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) with the elimination
method; and (5) solving the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) using
substitution and elimination methods.phase Development, researchers develop
learning tools according to the initial format that has been prepared, then validated

by four validators. The results of the validation analysis of Web show a very valid category with a score of 87.40%, meaning Web can be tested and revised according to the validator's suggestions.phase Implementation, the researcher tested the revised learning tools according to the validator's suggestion to nine students who have heterogeneous abilities to see the practicality of Web the developedThe results of the practicality data analysis in the small group trial show the very practical category with a score of 89.74%.stage Evaluation, the researcher revised the Web according to the input and suggestions from the validator and students.
Based teaching materials Web that have been revised are then used as products of research results. The results of the research by developers of Web using the Discovery Learning to facilitate students' mathematical problem solving skills in the Two Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) material are valid and practical.
