Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) Pada Materi Ekosistem Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Gunung Sahilan
This study aims to determine the validity, practicality of problem-based learning-based e-modules on the developed ecosystem material and the effectiveness of the developed e-modules on students' learning motivation and critical thinking.
The study consists of the first two stages of e-module development using research & development through the addie approach of the magister fkip unri program, the second stage of the experiment at country junior high school on mount sahilan. The level of validation at the e-module involves six subjects (1 person of materials, 1 of pedagogical experts, 1 of media experts and 3 human science teachers). Expert assessments of worthiness using a validation sheet. The practical test phase involves five high school science teachers and limited trials involve 20 students. E-module practical assessment USES an angket response, which is teacher response and student response. Data analysis USES a descriptive analysis with the Microsoft office excel 2019. The stage of the experiment is to look at the developed e-module influence on the learning and critical motivation of students. The student's learning motivation assessment USES angket before and after the treatment with the e-modules, while the student's critical thought assessment USES pretest and posttest issues. Data analysis using IBM SPSS software assistance 23.
The e-module development research suggests that the value of worthiness by experts is valid with 3,2 , while the worth of learning experts (science teacher) 3.6, category is very valid. Practical test results (teacher) 3,5 category are very practical, and 3,5 of tests are limited to very practical. This suggests that the e-modules based on problems based learning that are generated in this study are deemed worthy of use in the study of ecosystem materials.
The results of experimental stage research indicate that there is a significant impact on the use of e-modules based on the problem based learning on ecosystem materials toward the learning and critical motivations of students. At the motivation for studying in an experiment class before treating 65.50 with a strong category, after treatment increased to 86.47 in a very strong category, while the control class before treatment of 65.30 in strong category, became 76.47 in strong category. Think critically of the students of the experiment class scored a fraction of less critical, for a posttest with a fraction of 79.00 in critical category, for an average pretest control 54.50 less critical and a pretty critical posttest 72.20 in the category. This was meaningful that the experiment class further increased learning and thinking motivation than the control class. The conclusion of this study is that the development of e-modules based on problem based learning on ecosystem materials as valid teaching materials and the use of developed e-modules can increase students' learning motivation and critical thinking.
