Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Pada Rsud Rokan Hulu
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to examine the effect of emotional
intelligence and personality on the performance of nurses through organizational
commitment at RSUD Rokan Hulu. The data used in this study are primary data
in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of books and
journals.
The population in this study were all nurses at the Rokan Hulu Hospital,
amounting to 153 people. The sample technique used in this study is probability
sampling using simple random sampling, obtained 108 nurses. The analytical
method used in this research is Path Analysis with the help of SPSS.
The results of this study show that: 1) Emotional intelligence has a
significant effect on organizational commitment. 2) Emotional intelligence has a
significant effect on performance. 3) Personality has a significant effect on
organizational commitment. 4) Personality has a significant effect on
performance. 5) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on
performance. 6) Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on performance
through organizational commitment to nurses at Rokan Hulu Hospital. 7)
Personality has a significant effect on performance through organizational
commitment to nurses at Rokan Hulu Hospital.
