Counseling guidance is very important in the process of forming the personality of students both academic and non academic. Counseling guidance can run effectivelly if supported by the existence of a good computerized information system facility. The problem that often occurs is there is no application or information system that can store counseling data and some important student data so counseling guidance teachers always lose data and have start over manuall. To overcome these problems, the development of a counseling guidance information system that can make it easier for counseling guidance teachers to record several jobs related to counseling guidance and conduct counseling outside school hours with students. This system uses the Unified Modelling Language (UML) for system design, uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of testing this system is it can provide facilities that can facilitate counseling guidance teachers and students in the field of counseling guidance service.
