Vaccinations that occur in Pematang Obo Village which are currently running are still not optimal and the processing of resident data is still done manually, this results in citizen data and vaccinations being not well organized. The purpose of this research is to create a WebGIS-Based Vaccination Mapping for Pematang Obo Villagers. The development and modeling methods use UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Making the system using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to manage the database. Citizen Vaccination Mapping can facilitate and assist residents in obtaining information about vaccination schedules and vaccination registration.
