This final project discusses the creation of a Web-Based Geographic Information System for Tourist Destinations in Pekanbaru City. The number of tourist attractions scattered in Pekanbaru City has been published, however, it is unfortunate that the information circulating is still small and incomplete and there is no specific information that displays information about the geographical location of tourist attractions. The purpose of this research is to create a Web-Based Geographic Information System for Tourist Destinations in Pekanbaru City. This system is built using Visual Studio Code and uses the PHP and MySQL management database. While in the design using Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams, which were made using software UML (Unified Modeling Language). This geographic information system of tourist destinations can make it easier for tourists to obtain information about the geographical location of tourism and can determine tourist travel routes.
