Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Barang Pada Gudang Smk Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras

Currently, the management of goods data in the warehouse of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras in terms of handling the flow of loan transactions, documentation, controlling the entry and exit of goods and data processing runs manually. However, the manual method still has drawbacks, namely the opportunity for loss of goods is very large, there is no definite data and only a few students want to borrow directly from the warehouse. The unavailability of integrated data as well as manual data collection makes it difficult for warehousing to handle stock and predict the number of items. The purpose of this final project is to design and build a system to manage goods data that is easy to use (user friendly) and facilitates documentation, controls in and out of equipment, processing equipment data, borrowing and returning equipment. Data was collected by means of observation and interviews. UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system description tool, while the supporting software in making applications is HTML, PHP and MySQL. The result is an information system for managing user friendly data on equipment in equipment grouping, documentation, controlling in and out of equipment, processing equipment data, borrowing and returning equipment at the warehouse of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kuras.
