Correspondence activities are very important in any activity, especially for Government Agencies. All policies, activities and official travel are always related to letters. Correspondence activities can run effectively if they are supported by good computerized information system facilities. The problem that often occurs is that there is no application or information system that can store incoming letters, outgoing letters, and official travel letters so that employees often lose data and have to start from scratch manually. To overcome these problems, a letter management information system was developed that could make it easier for KPU employees to record incoming letters, outgoing letters, and bussiness trip letters. This system uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system design and uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of testing this system is that it can provide facilities that can facilitate KPU employees in processing letters.
