Hubungan Reward Dan Disiplin Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru SD Gugus M. Boya Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine the relationship between variables (1) reward
with teacher job satisfaction, (2) work discipline with teacher job satisfaction, (3)
reward and work discipline together with teacher job satisfaction. Research
respondents were teachers of SD Gugus M Boya, Tembilahan sub-district, Indragiri
Hilir district, totaling 99 people and samples were 80 respondents by first
conducting instruments try out towards 30 respondents. Data was collected through
the distribution of questionnaires as a research instrument. Data analysis was
carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The instrument reliability
coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed
that there was a positive and significant relationship between reward and teacher
job satisfaction with rx1y value of 0.380 and tcount 8.117 > ttable 1.994, there was a
positive and significant relationship between work discipline and teacher job
satisfaction with rx2y value of 0.592 and tcount 8.374 > ttable 1.994 , While together
there is a positive and significant relationship between reward and work discipline
with teacher job satisfaction with rx1 x2.y value of 0.592 and tcount 6,961 > ttable
