Kriteria Kerusakan Pantai Dalam Rangka Penentuan Prioritas Pengamanan Pesisir Di Kecamatan Bukit Batu, Kabupaten Bengkalis
ABSTRACT
This reasearch aims to study the characteristics of coastal damage in Bengkalis Regency to determine the priority of coastal protection. This weighting includes weighting for damage (erosion/abrasion, sedimentation and environmental damage) and weighting for the level of importance and land use of the coastal area itself as a study developed by Nur Yuwono (1998). The results of this weighting will be calculated and will be given a priority level level according to the range of each level. Damage to the beaches reviewed in Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency based on the characteristics of the damage, most of them experienced large erosion. Beaches that experienced the largest coastline reduction with a value of 250 (ASB (very very heavy)) were Api-api Beach, then beaches with a very heavy value with a value of 200 (AB (very heavy)) were Sepahat Beach and Tanjung Leban Beach. For sedimentation, only Tanjung Leban Beach has the highest damage score with a value of 75 (B(weight)). Meanwhile, environmental damage occurs due to damage to mangrove forests around the coast such as Tanjung Leban which has the highest value of 150 (B(Weight)). The coastal area that has the highest level in weighting the level of beach damage (priority A) is Tanjung Leban Beach with a value of 500 and followed by the highest priority after that (Priority B) namely Api-Api Beach with a value of 440 and Sepahat Beach with a value of 425.
