Efisiensi Biaya Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Di Desa Sei Putih Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
The objective of this study were to analyze the difference between the national cost and the cost of oil palm replanting and to determine the cost efficiency of replanting of independent smallholders in Sei Putih Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Sei Putih Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The sampling method used in this research is census, where all the planters who are members of the New Sustenance Farmers Group are sampled. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis for the first research questions, meanwhile, the third research question uses replanting cost efficiency analysis. The result of this study shows that the national cost standard for oil palm replanting in the Riau area in 2015 and 2016 was IDR 62,762,000/ha in one hectare. The average cost of replanting by independent smallholders was IDR 52,045,898/ha, while the cost from the government is IDR 62,762,000. The difference between the average replanting costs incurred by the farmers and the costs set by the government was 17,07%. The cost efficiency ratio shows a value of 82.93%, which means that the rejuvenation carried out by the RezekiBaru Farmers Group planters is not good. This inefficient replanting cost is due to the fact that the rejuvenation activities that have been determined by the government are not carried out by the planters properly, resulting in differences in the costs incurred by the planters.
