“Pengaruh Servicescape Dan Experiential Marketing Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Er Coffee Di Kota Pekanbaru”
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servicescape and
experiential marketing on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Er
Coffee in Pekanbaru City.
The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained
by using a questionnaire method to a sample of 145 consumers of Er Coffee
Pekanbaru. Hypothesis Testing Using Path Analysis Model.
The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of
Experiential Marketing on Consumer Satisfaction, there is a significant influence
of Servicescape on Consumer Loyalty, there is a significant influence of
Experiential Marketing on Consumer Loyalty, there is a significant influence of
Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty, there is a significant effect of Significance of
Experiential Marketing on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, there
is a significant influence of Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty, there is a significant
effect of Significance of Servicescape on Customer Loyalty through Customer
Satisfaction, , there is a significant effect of Significance of Experiential Marketing
on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.
