Pertumbuhan Dan Kadar Klorofil Bayam Hijau (Amaranthus Hybridus) Dengan Pemberian Berbagai Jenis Pupuk Organik Untuk Rancangan Handout Elektronik Pembelajaran Biologi SMA
This research was conducted to determine the growth and chlorophyll content of green spinach (Amaranthus hybridus) plants by giving various types of organic fertilizers for the design of electronic handouts for high school biology learning. This research was conducted in October-December 2021 at the Biology Education Laboratory, Riau University. This study used 2 stages, the first research was the growth and chlorophyll content of green spinach plants by giving various types of organic fertilizers using the experimental method with RAK consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications, with treatment A (control), B (Manure 5kg), C (5kg Bokashi Fertilizer), and D (5kg Drum Composter Fertilizer). The research parameters included plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and chlorophyll content. Analysis of research data using Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and further testing of BNJ at a significant level of 5%. In phase II the electronic handout design uses 3 stages, Analysis and Design. The results of the experimental stage of the research showed that the application of various types of organic fertilizers significantly affected the growth of green spinach (Amaranthus hybridus) plants. The application of bokashi fertilizer resulted in the best growth of green spinach (Amaranthus hybridus) reaching 28.3 cm tall, 32.25 leaves number, wet weight, 35.37 dry weight 2.39, and chlorophyll content 15.40 mg/l. . The results of the electronic handout design on plant growth material for high school biology class XII can be used as teaching materials.
