This study aims to determine the effect of giving tofu dregs on the growth of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) as an e-poster on animal growth and development materials. This research was conducted in August-September 2021 at the Natural Laboratory of Biology Education FKIP Riau University. This study used 2 stages, namely Research Phase I the effect of giving tofu dregs on the growth of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) using an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications with control treatment (P0) using factory feed. , treatment was 15% tofu waste (P1), 30% tofu waste (P2), and 45% tofu waste (P3). Research parameters include absolute weight growth, relative growth, specific growth rate, feed efficiency, feed conversion ratio, survival rate and water quality. Analysis of the research results used Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and further Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was performed at a significant level of 5%. Water quality data were analyzed descriptively. Phase II research on the design of e-poster teaching media uses 2 stages, namely, Analyze and Design stages. The results of the experimental stage of research, fish feed containing tofu waste affects the growth of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The control treatment (P0) being the best treatment compared to other treatments resulted in the growth of African catfish with an absolute weight growth of 4.48g, a relative growth of 174.99%, a specific growth rate of 1.91%, a feed efficiency of 45.31%, and a ratio feed conversion 2.23. The survival rate for all treatments was 100% with the quality of the water being maintained was quite good. In the treatment of feed with levels of dregs. The results of the study were used as an e-poster teaching media content regarding the effect of giving tofu dregs on the growth of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) in the material for growth and development of animals in class XII SMA, KD 3.1 and 4.1.
