ABSTRACT
Along with population growth, district office needs adequate service improvement. The district office planning needs to be adjusted the function of the building does not match the function of the district office itself. The purpose of writing this Final Project on Building Planning and Budget Plan (RAB) for the Perhentian Marpoyan Urban district Office, Pekanbaru City. Data collection was carried out by past literature studies, conducting site surveys to collect data on land, soil and water level conditions. The price of materials and wages refers to the standardization of prices for goods and services of the Pekanbaru City Government 2020 as well as a survey around the construction site. Building planning using AutoCad 2020 software for 2D drawings, Sketchup 2020 and Lumion for rendering 3D images. The planning of the structural dimensions was carried out by the preliminary design of SNI 2847-2013. From the planning results, the building to be built has an area of 477,30 m2 with a land area of 1,120 m2. The results of the calculation of the RAB for the Perhentian Marpoyan Urban District Office building in Pekanbaru City required a cost of Rp2.067.505.000 (two billion sixty seven million five hundred and five thousand rupiah), the price per m2 of Rp4.331.668. (four million three hundred thirty one thousand six hundred and sixty eight rupiah).
