Pengaruh Perilaku Guru Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Lingkungan Yayasan Lajnah Khairiyah Mustarokah Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar
The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the teacher's behavior. (2) To
determine work motivation. (3) To determine teacher performance (4) Analyzing
the effect of teacher behavior on teacher performance (5) Analyzing the effect of
work motivation on teacher performance (6) Analyzing the influence of teacher
behavior and work motivation on teacher performance at the Lajnah Khairiyah
Foundation Mustarokah in Bangkinang Kampar Regency.
This study uses a quantitative method with a survey design that uses a
questionnaire. The respondents of this study were teachers at the Lajnah
Khairiyah Mustarokah Foundation in Bangkinang Kampar Regency who found 43
people. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a
sample of 39 people. There are two stages of data analysis technique, namely:
descriptive and inferential analysis. Previously, the analysis prerequisite tests
were carried out, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test.
The data of this study were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social
Science) version 25.
The results of this study can be said that (1) the behavior of the teacher is
very good (2) the work motivation of the teacher is good. (3) the teacher's
performance is good. (4) Teacher behavior has a positive and significant
influence of 0.526 on teacher performance. (5) The work motivation of teachers
has a positive and significant effect of 0.832 on teacher performance. (6) A
positive and significant effect of 0.842 on teacher behavior and teacher work
motivation together was obtained on teacher performance at the Lajnah
Khairiyah Mustarokah Foundation in Bangkinang, Kampar Regency.
