ABSTRACT In the era of this pandemic, Covid-19 has hit the world and Indonesia is included in it. Indonesia is fighting against Covid-19 by adjusting policies, regional quarantine into a large social event (PSBB) that is local in severity in the province, district or city. During a pandemic in the world economy and Indonesia has experienced this, the government has scheduled a New Normal policy so that the economic impact of the pandemic does not cause a prolonged crisis.Riau University, also known as UNRI Pekanbaru Riau, is a university located on Jl. HR Subantas KM 12.5 Pekanbaru City, Riau. The physical development of the building and the expansion of the University area as well as the improvement of services encourage the increasing number of young people who enter UNRI Pekanbaru, thus the number of students at UNRI Pekanbaru will increase and have the impact of increasing vehicles. At the Faculty of Engineering, UNRI Pekanbaru, the number of users of two-wheeled vehicles is increasing day by day which causes the need for parking to increase. Based on the parking area of two-wheeled vehicles owned by the Faculty of Engineering, Riau University, which is 2,261.6 m2, there is vacant land that can be used as an addition to new land for two-wheeled vehicles. SRP. This explains that this amount is able to accommodate two-wheeled vehicles, Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau.
