Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Dumai Kota
In the modern era, education is the most important need to be fulfilled, because there are more and more things that require everyone to weave education both formally and non-formally. Therefore, to provide the best education to children, several ways can affect the performance of the teacher itself, such as the work environment, organizational culture, and so on.
The work environment is an internal or external condition that can affect many conditions among performance itself. The work can be expected to be completed faster and better. Many factors affect the performance of teachers itself such as the organization that gives an effect between individuals and groups. To achieve organizational goals, teaching staff or educators need an adequate work environment so the performance of teachers itself can work more optimally. The performance itself contains the meaning of work, ability, achievement, or encouragement to carry out a job. The success of individuals or organizations in achieving these targets or objectives is called performance. The researchers are interested in conducting a study about the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on teachers performances at Public Elementary Schools in the sub-district of Dumai City and to find out about the significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance. The researchers aim to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment together on the teacher's performance at public elementary schools in Dumai City. The descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis techniques are use appropriate as a type of this research. The Population of this study was taken from all of the elementary school teachers which consist of 126 teachers in Dumai City, while the sample was selected through clusters of random sampling which consist of 96 teachers. The data was collected by using a questionnaire which consist of 3 variables and 5 indicators. The result of this study is present in the form of descriptive analysis to indicate the teacher's performance in organizational culture and work for an environmental public elementary school in Dumai city. It can be seen from the percentage of the questionnaire which shows the positive influence of organizational culture on teacher performance. There is a positive influence of organizational culture (X1) on teacher performance (Y) indicated by the regression equation Y = 30,872 + 0.352 X SD Negri, Dumai City. It can be seen from the contribution value of 4.1% that the strengthening or weakening of a teacher's performance is determined by organizational culture, the higher the value of the organizational culture number, the higher the teacher's performance. There is a positive effect of the work environment (X2) on teacher performance (Y) indicated by the regression equation Y = 36,284 + 0,369 X2 SD Negeri Dumai City. Shown by the contribution value of 6.3%, it can be concluded that the strengthening or weakening of a teacher's performance can be seen in his work environment. The higher the value of the work environment, the higher the

teacher's performance. There is a positive influence of organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) together on teacher performance (Y) indicated by the regression equation Y = 19.539 + 0.257 X1 + 0.314 X2 SD Negeri Dumai City. As shown by the value of the contribution of 8.3% strengthening or weakening of the performance of a teacher is determined by the organizational culture and work environment. The higher the value of organizational culture and work environment, the higher the teacher's performance.
From the data, it can be seen that the three hypotheses proposed in this research study can be accepted, namely organizational culture and work environment individually or collectively have a significant influence on teacher performance.
